She's the little blob below and to the right of the sack!
You can't see it in the picture, but we could see her pulsate
with her heart beating
on the ultrasound screen!!

The white bow shape to the left is her arm with bent elbow
(upper arm on the bottom and forearm on top) as she rubs
her face/head (round oval blob near middle of image).
